TCI is committed to a policy of achieving total impartiality in its certification activities and implementation of system for management of impartiality. TCI is committed to establish the system for management of impartiality complying with requirements as per ISO/IEC 17021 and its review cum analysis annually.TCI is committed to respond to any threats to its impartiality arising from the actions of persons, bodies or organizations. TCI identifies, analyzes and documents the possibilities for conflict of interests arising from provision of certification including any conflicts arising from its relationships. It has an Impartiality committee as which does annual Impartiality Analysis & its review. TCI takes action to respond to any threats to its impartiality arising from the actions of other persons, bodies or organizations.

Terms & Conditions for use of TCI Certification Mark & Accreditation Logo

Use of the UAF Logo & TCI Certification Mark is subject to the conditions detailed below:

1. Where TCI Certification Mark & Accreditation logo is used, the client shall ensure that they are used together, not in isolation and not disproportionately represented, and positioned in a manner that ensures the relationship between the UAF and the TCI Certification Mark along with the Standard and Certification Number.
2. Use shall be restricted to correspondence, advertising, and promotional
   material that is directly applicable to the scope of registration as shown on the
   Registration Schedule.
3. The UAF Logo shall not be used in such a way to suggest that the Accreditation Board/Government of United States of America, or any Government Minister, have certified or approved the client’s activities, or in any other misleading manner.
4. The UAF Logo may be uniformly enlarged or reduced but shall be large enough for the wording to be clearly legible, and may be in any one single color.
5. Use shall be such that there is no implication that the goods or services
   themselves are approved by UAF & TCI.
